A passing reader spotted a construction notice at 4032-4037 18th Street, a Castro mixed-use project that will feature condos in the air and retail on the ground (in keeping with the neighborhood's growing retail scene). Preliminary reports indicate the addition of another level. Looks like the ground floor will house some "eco boutique" or other— the green stuff, it overwhelms us. [Curbed Inbox]
