It's bad enough home values have tanked — now homeowners have been slapped with the label "delusional" and all but dragged away in straitjackets. Actually, given these numbers, they probably deserve it... at least a little. According to a Zillow survey, 62 percent of homeowners nationwide are under the impression that their property has either stayed the same or climbed in value. The actual number? 24 percent. In fact, a full 77 percent of properties nationwide have dropped in value. Mass denial is a wonderful thing. [SF Gate]
