The grime — it builds! San Francisco's cutting its street sweeping in western neighborhoods ("from Sea Cliff to Noe Valley") from once a week to once every two weeks. Actually, consensus among the — for once — unfazed residents is the change only means less parking tickets on street-sweeping day. Huzzah! Eastern neighborhoods, which apparently accumulate filth at a much faster rate, will keep their regularly scheduled sweeps. [SF Gate]
