All About Marketing: Buy First, Live Later on 10th Street

New, 3 comments

A lot of "cool and hip" SoMa lofts claim their cred with exposed brick, but it's not often we see enormous exposed steel columns. That's exactly what you get in the well-finished one bedroom at 380 10th St #8. According to designers Baum Thornley Architects (now Gould Evans Baum Thornley), the 10th Street Lofts were "carefully designed to meet present day marketing demands. (Hello, living demands?) Asking price for the 840 square foot unit: $599,000. It should be noted that this is technically a "live-work" loft, but we know all about those loopholes now, so don't sweat it if you're not the artsy type.
