This week's PriceSpotter, 2080 Castro Street, is on the market with a listing price of $1,890,000. Apparently, the lack of professional photography wasn't the only thing working against this single family home. Two anonymous guessers tied: Readers of few words, our winners each guessed $1.9 million, with no further comment or criticism. This week's high came in at $2.2 million and the low at $1.35 million— most fell within the $100,000 mark, making us think that Noe Valley has become too predictable for our dear PriceSpotters.
