"Photos don't convey [the unit's] distinctive elements" of oh-so-photogenic 1221 Harrison Street #10, according to its listbabble. So if you don't like what you see, its the photog's fault? Apparently so. Previously, we've looked at unit #6, an apartment-turned-salon-turned-apartment in the same building that was listed at $795,000. Although #10 doesn't have as much unique character as #6, it offers approximately 200 more square feet of space (1,676, to be precise) for $10,000 less. Is the trade off worth it?
