Fear not, techtards— the iPhones are O.K. So is Apple's Cupertino Mothership, which suffered a three-alarm fire late last night in Building 6. The blaze began beneath a ventilation and air-conditioning unit on the roof (an electrical or gas issue is the main suspect at the moment). 66 firemen squelched the flames, which are thought to have a left a significant amount of smoke damage. Security thugs on the scene declined to comment, of course, but cleanup crews are on site and all appears to be generally right with the world. [SJ Metblogs]
