Silicon Valley's moguls, ever insulated from the financial turbulence of mere mortals, continue to enjoy their "foreclosure-free zone" — many properties get sold without ever even making it onto the MLS. But do we sense some hopeful schadenfreude sneaking its way into BusinessWeek's copy? Notes the writer: the luck of the tech titans "could change if the stock market continues to plunge and the nation falls into a deep recession."
