Inside the Millennium's New Resto, RN74

Eater ops recently landed inside of the Millennium Tower, where celebuchef Michael Mina's latest restaurant, NK47, is well under way; designed by NYC-based AvroKO, the 4,700 square-foot space (more pics here) is slated for a mid-'09 opening. Situated on the corner of Mission and Freemont with an opening on Mission, seating will also spill out into the building's atrium— outdoor dining without the hassle of hustling homeless. How convenient! Would-be restaurateurs (or retailers) should note that a second ground-floor spot remains ready and waiting for your next bright idea. Extra bonus: a residents-only dining room and bar shall be installed on a separate floor. Posh.
