Yet, at least, says the LA Times. Recent speculation that rising gas costs, foreclosure rates, and inflation will somehow drive suburbanites toward dense, scaled-down urban cores is hogwash— the majority of Americans live in the suburbs, and most won't up and leave unless forcibly pushed.
