It seems like the Laurel Heights real estate scene is still a mystery to our PriceSpotters. Even after our Zapruder-esque analysis of window reflections and street traffic, guesses were still all over the place,with a low-end estimate of $1.2 million and a high-end of $2.5 million. Asking:$1.795 million. Two of our PriceSpotter regulars, Sparky and Runner's High, duked it out— Runner's High takes home the bragging rights with a guess of $1.89 million.
