What first came to our attention back in October as a "Rumblings & Bumblings" spotting has evolved into a nearly-complete mini-development. 440-444A 14th Street is a 3-unit condo conversion with a bonus "cottage" in back, as the contractor described it. Nearby amenities include Box Dog Bikes (for all your fixie needs!), several D.I.Y. shops, and Southern Exposure Gallery. And, of course, Mission Beach Cafe, purveyor of pornographically decadent pastry (made fresh daily!).
