While we we're all happy to hear that LA made it through yesterday's quake largely intact, Gavin must have been exceptionally thrilled. Why, pray tell? Because the epicenter of the quake hit just miles away from Chino Hills, a subdivision largely built over the past 15 years according to California's very strict earthquake standards.
