Rendering Reveal: SF's New Museum of Performance & Design

New, 14 comments

One day, two reveals ... When the shortlist for the new Museum of Performance & Design was announced— we're going with MoPaD!— London-born, San Francisco-based architect Mark Dziewulski was listed among global architecture celebs Zaha Hadid, Steven Holl, and Diller, Scofidio & Renfro. Dark horse (and hustler) Dziewulski was the only contender to draw up a rendering of his proposed building, designed in collaboration with ballet dancer Mikhail Baryshnikov. The victor will be announced in September, and the building itself will sit on the corner of Third and Folsom Streets. Here's to the home team!
