(Guilty as charged!) Guesses fell within a range of $1.75 million and $1.35 million. With an early—dare we say a trendsetting—guess, Curbed reader Sparky snagged this week's PriceSpotter non-prize with a guess of $1,395,000. Asking price: $1,399,000.
