Floor Plan Porn: Green Street Manse, Revealed

New, 3 comments

A benevolent reader took the time (on a Friday, no less!) to scan and send the plans for a second property that has been proposed for 2151 Green Street. According to the comment box, the plot was subdivided into another lot; plans were submitted for a "a six-story single-family monstrosity sandwiched between this and a beautiful Victorian with about six inches' clearance. The plans showed a six-story circular staircase encased in glass, which looked tackier than anything I've seen in Vegas." The drawings were distributed to locals back in January, and word on the street says that some aren't to thrilled, including the Cow Hollow Association. Says another reader: "They bought it [2151 Green Street] last fall for 9.5 million, fugged up the bathrooms and put it back on the market." Though the word's still out on whether or not the project will move forward, the city has approved a building permit for the lot— just a few weeks ago, in fact. Neighbors?
