The Hard Sell: Wondering what to do with that bonus room? This listing offers the following helpful ideas: "home office, nursery, play room or a small 3rd bedroom."
Where: As close as you can get to SF State without paying tuition
How Much: $1,899
The Hard Sell: "...on special for $1899, the true market rent was $2480. Living in a townhome at Parkmerced is like living in a single family home, with mail service through your front door." Mail service through the front door!
