Late last May, the five bedroom home at 2542 Fillmore Street hit the market at $4,995,000, which we found a bit high given that it was listed at less than half that price two years ago. As we all know, we're living in strange times on the RE front— the market has spoken, as it were, and it vehemently disagrees with us: 2542 Fillmore's asking price has risen to $5,250,000, surely positioning it as a future PriceChopper. What say you then? Has the market driven the price to absurd heights or is $5.5 million still a deal?
