NRA sues SF Housing Authority Over Gay Man's Gun

New, 5 comments

The National Rifle Association's fixing to pry a certain gun ban from San Francisco's cold, dead hands. Hot on the tail of a Supreme Court ruling that overturned a gun ban in D.C., the Second Amendment cheerleaders are slapping SF with a lawsuit "on behalf of an unidentified gay man living in Valencia Gardens Housing in the Mission District, who said he keeps a gun in his home for protection against hate crimes," even though guns are illegal in public housing. Psh!, says Gavin: "To the NRA, we just say, 'Stay away. ... Let us protect our citizens.'" [SF Gate]
