Civic Center neighbors, don your best Crocs and monogrammed gloves: Come July 1st, Alice Waters and a roving band of over 100 community volunteers will tear the hell out of the lawn at City Hall, replacing boring old grass with a sure-to-be-spectacular Slow Food Nation Victory Garden.
