Online real estate sites like Zillow and Cyberhomes are getting some flack for their sometimes-wack estimates. The websites rely on "automated valuation models" to make educated guesses on a home's value, but can leave out relevant data like home improvements, or incorporate wrong information entirely. We gotta get our fix, though, so let's suspend our disbelief and pretend that they're infallible. [SF Gate]
