Adventures in Klass (with a "K", not a "C")

Somebody commits suicide from a building in Union Square. Chaos ensues, onlookers are horrified— trauma all around. So why not take an opportunity to assess the building's value while reporting on the story? Condos in the building are listed at $899,000." Gauche. [Examiner]
