Capital Properties finally got itself together on the Rincon Residential Towers front— the 320-unit complex sold well over a year ago for conversion into condos, and is now ready for occupation by corporate and extended-stay guests. Also under construction within the tower are the Altavie Suites at Rincon Towers, more corporate residences that are already being shilled out as "some of the most high-end yet competitive residences in SF." Those units are expected to open in 2008. New offices for Curbed SF? Only if their "full range food court" trumps Minty's!
