Dear Curbed SF: Please tell me that some developer isn't building another pile of condos on Potrero Avenue? This lot has been empty for a while (It's at 22nd Street, I think) though it seems like something might be cooking. The last thing that part of the nabe needs is another damn condo development— the Mission and Potrero Hill are gentrified enough as it is. Thoughts?
