Wrecked! Bay to Breakers, the perennial 7k exercise in acute alcoholism run from the Bay to Ocean Beach, caused quite the ruckus this year— the SFPD was ultimately called in to clear drunken revelers so that over 70 city workers could sweep the streets of the broken glass, trampled costumes and other assorted race accoutrements.
