Three very, very passionate protesters are climbing the suspension cables of the Golden Gate Bridge as we type. All are tethered to one another (no word on whether or not they have a belayer— survey says "doubtful".) One is carrying a suitcase (aaaaawwww... freak out!), another is flying the Tibetan flag, and all three are wearing helmets. PS: Protesters shut it down this morning, forcing the authorities to cancel the latter part of the torch run. Crafty, crafty— fire extinguishers, the works. [Yahoo News, CNN]
