Freak! Out! Rates on 30-year fixed-rate mortgages have topped 6%! Our main man Freddie Mac has reports 6.03% for this week, up from three straight weeks at 5.88%! That's almost, like, the same as gaining 5 pounds! OMG! The Feds are racing to the vomitorium as we type! OMG !!!
