Marin real estate agents are tackling the moth head on: the Marin Association of Realtors voted this week to disclose to future homebuyers the state's plans to spray for the elusive light brown apple moth; agents will also suggest that buyers consult a doctor before closing the deal. Nicely played, Marin: Not only does this plan transform Marin's real estate community into a bunch of Good Samaritans, it also wards off future lawsuits (no doubt the actual reason for the disclosure policy).
