Oh dear homesellers, stockpile the Xanex and shore up, for you're about to experience the most vicious of all obsessive-compulsive disorders. (Just trust us here, OK?) Earlier this morning, online real estate brokerage Redfin launched a listing stat tracker of sorts. Sellers may now— brace— see how many people are viewing their listings and how said listing's popularity compares to other properties in the nabe. And that's not all— users may also see where the traffic is coming from, track the number of broker-listed properties in the area, and see how long others' listings are languishing on the market. Sellers, may we suggest the purchase of an iPhone, like, now? Nothing wrong with a little aiding and abetting.
