Things work a little differently in Asia. Massive and repetitive forms have the potential to become oppressive housing blocks, but the Putrajaya waterfront development in Malaysia avoids this a with sexy, visually permeable forms designed by Italian firm, Manfredi Nicoletti Architetto.
