The Supes must have cabin fever, as a new wave of rowdiness has broken out this week. District 9 Supe Tom Ammiano— whose hoods, may we add, will not be traversed during the running of the torch— has introduced a resolution demanding that the city release the logistical plan for the torch running on April 8th. Sure, we agree— those residing around the Embarcadero got their "heads up"; it's about time the rest of the nabes were clued in before the city's secrecy backfires completely.
