Still With the Bubble Fallout?

Thanks to the bubble and bursters' need for large, divided spaces, times are tough now for small business owners. During the boom, trendy warehouses were subdivided to accommodate wannabe web entrepreneurs with dollar signs in their eyes. But now, the startups have shut down and the only thing that remains are sundered spaces unusable by the small "back-street businesses" that once relied on these cheaper digs and employ some 70,000 workers.
