SF has been ranked third in the "Most Eventful Cities" self-congratulatory blog awards, behind New York and Los Angeles (obvs). Other honors bestowed: third place for families, second place for singles, and fourth place for arts and culture events and conferences. So maybe this whole "vacation local" thing has legs, hm?
