Gavin got a little cheeky two days ago when he and the Transbay Joint Powers Authority got together to break ground on the new Transbay Terminal. Nevermind that he was really shoveling dirt for the temporary terminal— the moment, as reported by Streetsblog's Matthew Roth, was exciting enough for him to declare the future uber-terminal to be "so much more extraordinary than Grand Central Station."
