Last Obstacle Cleared for CCSF Chinatown

Nothing in the world of planning ever seems to happen quite in order, and CCSF Chinatown's no exception. A month after the Chinatown campus officially broke ground, the school's board of trustees has voted unanimously to settle a pair of lawsuits filed against them over building height and neighborhood impact. Their pound of flesh: no classes before 7 a.m. or after 10 p.m., classes should be set up to minimize foot traffic, and security will monitor the block when classes/events finish after 9 at night. This is what all the fuss was about? [SF Examiner]
