New Law Means a New Era in Urban Planning?

Greenies are calling the Governator's new legislation SB375 a "sea change" in the way cities and sprawl are built and planned. The law provides incentives and requirements that encourage local builders and governments to concentrate their growth near public transportation, in an effort to reduce car usage, lower emissions and curb suburbs.
