More Hikes for Doyle Drive

Pricey Doyle Drive just seems to get pricier and pricier. And now the city is considering new toll hikes to make up for the disparity between Doyle's cost and the empty (and emptier) city coffers. First up: the Golden Gate's $1 FasTrak discount. FasTrak drivers account for a little over half of bridge traffic, and Supe Jake McGoldrick says they "should have to pay their fair share."
