Conde Nast Traveller readers have voted "diverse, tolerant, open and welcome" San Francisco as the best U.S. city for the 15th year in a row in their 2008 Reader Awards. For its part, the magazine doesn't seem so positive about our fair metropolis. From a feature on SF earlier this year: "Aside from the unpredictable weather, San Francisco’s only real drawbacks are a near-useless public transportation system and a shortage of taxis."
