The Los Angeles office of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) has secured $6.2 million in financing to undertake a complete renovation of the 6,479 square foot retail space. Spins HFF director Tina Derderian in today's press release: “The Grant Avenue corridor is on par with retail destinations such as Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles, Madison Avenue in New York City, and Champs-Elysees in Paris.” The Champs-Elysees?
