717 Market Street is getting a face lift courtesy of Dr. RMW Architecture and Interiors. The update looks nice, albeit a bit vanilla. It almost makes us wish they'd just keep it as-is: Nothing says "viable commercial space for lease" like post-war-looking exposed brick and metal studs.
