1) "Anyone know what's going on with the condo unit on Guerrero, between Duboce and Market? It's been sitting idle for a while, and the sidewalk in front of it sometimes looks like a dumping ground— literally, if you know what I mean. That street is kind of sketchy— the KFC seems to draw a lot of unsavory fans. And yet Upper Market has so much potential, too."
2) "Noticed a building shooting up pretty fast on Shotwell between Mission and Harrison. Seems like there's a lot of construction going on around there lately. Is the Mission facing down yet another set of McCondos?
