Snuggles! It's all about the parks these days here in bright, shiny San Francisco. Following much lobbying and deliberation, (with more to come, for sure) it looks like the alliteration-happy Bay Bridge Base Beautification Brigade (B4) have arrived at a general plan for the now-blighted area below the Bay Bridge. Citizens are mobilizing for next month's meeting with Caltrans; do you civic duty and get on board.
