It was probably the elevator from the garage to the kitchen that did us in. Very cool new house in sunny Bernal Heights with a big terrace at the midriff flanked by an office and a media room. $2,295,000.00 Solar panels, presumably on the roof, parking for four cars in the garage. Great kitchen, although we might quibble with the lack of hang-out space there, we'll get over it. Somehow. Designed by architect Craig Steely.
