Early Halloween

A tipster let us know this morning that the Electric Pumpkin House, so named by its neighbors, is back on the market this week. Same price, $1,299,000, same realtor. Built in 1948, the house seems to have undergone a major tropical spasm at some point. It's not just deep tangerine. Anyway, someone's got a green thumb. Or a tank of Miracle Grow on the roof. Crazy backyard after the jump. On the same block as the This Old House Old Church, which sold (or escrow-ed) last month in like, ten minutes.
