We haven't seen a chop like this in a while. Big House Studio, by far the best photo/video rental facility in town, has been price-chopped half a million dollars, down to $3.25M, or about 14% less than it's asking price in March. Also a very nice place to live. And if that's a Kara Walker on the wall, does it come with?
