The This Old House old church went to contract last Friday morning after what seems like hours on the market. The scheduled open house took place- they're looking for backup offers. The place is looking a bit worn. Lots of parties- word is the owner liked to move out the furniture and throw big fund-raisers. Has a crazy system of motorized screens and sliding panels and projectors and speakers. Missing: the disco ball. Still the belle of the ball.
