In Dogpatch, the Homes at Esprit Park may not be finished, but they're on the brink of a "first phase release" for family and friends. The website is up with full-on floor plan porn, elevations, and an interesting history of the Dogpatch neighborhood. Partly adaptive re-use plus new construction in structures around landscaped courtyards. A16's still rumored to be the food tenant. Which alone is enough reason to move there.
