On that bleak stretch of Larkin Street that's neither Nob Hill nor Russian Hill or the Tenderloin, six TIC's for sale, and one garage, on offer for 100K, presumably with purchase of TIC. That's twice what they're asking at Frank Norris Place a few blocks away, but presumably fewer screams at 2AM and you don't have to be over fifty-five. For a 100K it's just the basics; that garage door's got to date back to the Korean War. Open Sunday 2-4, TIC's in the 400K's (plus the garage). And while we don't advocate vandalism, a big smile painted just below the handle would cheer the place immensely.
