Wreck of the Week

It's a wreck, but lots to love. In The Mission, a charming facade, fully detached on one side, room for a garage, no one else's renovations to tear out. Waiter, we'll have a new foundation with that garage, please. No heat, so probably no asbestos, either. Not for the faint of heart, or wallet, this bit of San Francisco architectural history went into escrow after two weeks, asking price was $625K. The realtor actually uses the term deferred maintenance.
