Um, Fabulous!

For starters, when you're selling a house for seventeen million and change, you should clean the carpet, even in the pentroom. That said, we'll always treasure this straight and un-restored rich people's moment from the disco era. Plexiglass stools with magenta upholstery. Mirrored walls. The burled elm pool table set on a rakish base. Sweet little Keith Haring print tucked in the hall. Can lights and fake ferns. The rest of the house, inexplicably multi-purpose Louis-something wrapped in a post-Lutyens exterior, looking for all the world like the London home of an exiled Third World dictator. Open tonight.
